DPIAF Organiser Kalyanji Jana Earns Widespread Appreciation for His Social Initiative
DPIAF Bharat Gaurav Iconic Award 2026 — New Delhi
When dreams are backed by faith, intentions by courage, and actions by dedication, history is created. Delhi, the national capital, witnessed one such memorable and historic evening on 28 July, as the DPIAF Lifestyle Iconic Award, Bharat Gaurav Iconic Award and OTT Influencer & YouTuber Iconic Award 2026 were organised with grandeur and distinction.
The prestigious event was conceived to recognise and celebrate outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to art, culture, media, tourism and various other fields of society.
The ceremony brought together an impressive galaxy of distinguished personalities and achievers. Among the prominent dignitaries present were Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, former Governor of Assam; Shri Ramdas Athawale, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and Union Minister of State, Government of India; Shyam Jaju, senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader, former National Vice-President and National Advisor – DPIAF; and Praveen Jaiswal, Director of TV27 News.
The distinguished gathering also included Dr. Basant Goel; former RLD Member of Parliament Malook Nagar; former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat; Dr. S. T. Hasan, former Member of Parliament from Moradabad and former Mayor of Moradabad; along with several renowned personalities from different walks of life.
Among the celebrated names associated with the honours were Dr. Ibad Patel, former MP Shyam Singh Yadav, B. N. Tiwari, Ganpat Kothari, Anil Singh, Gautam Puri, Ashok Bali, Aarti Kumar, Mahendra Singh, Mohammed Irfan Ahmed, Shilpa Chauhan, R. K. Garg, Udit Arya, Neha V. Sharma, Priya Bhui, Saba Anjum Ansari, Dr. Ranbir Laishram Singh, Lord Das, N. K. Naresh, Priyanka Chanwaria, Deepak Singh, Arun Chhabra, Sanjay Gupta, Dr. Inderjeet Singh Gautam, Zamir Ahmed Ansari, Sujata Singh, Zara Khan, Abhishek Tyagi, Kishore Kumar and Dr. Krishna Srivastava.
The awards also celebrated emerging and established talent across entertainment, journalism, entrepreneurship, social work, fashion and digital media.
Aayat Shaikh was recognised as a Celebrity Anchor / Actor, while Piyush Kalita received the distinction of Best Upcoming Child Singer from Sadilapur, Guwahati, Assam.
Pooja Tomar, District General Secretary, BJYM BJP Delhi and social worker; Aditi Khatri, Founder of Party Connect Application; Panchhi Patel, Actress & Dancer; Deepak Singh, Filmmaker and Politician; Danish Tailors, Celebrity Costume Designer; Kamal Rohida, Businessman and Social Worker; and Jazz, Iconic Anchor, were among the personalities recognised for their achievements.
The honours further included Vipul Jain, International Awardee and Senior Journalist honoured by the President of India; Vivek Jain, Senior Journalist, Delhi NCR and social worker; Zamir Ahmed Ansari, Channel Head, Zed News 4 You; and Saba Anjum Ansari, Journalist, Pratyaksh Bharat Times.
Other distinguished awardees included Mr. Varun Arora, Social Worker and President, Funaba Delhi Association; Dr. Ranbir Laishram Singh, Founder/President, Funaba Martial Arts; Sandeep Dhar Dubey, Com.om Engineering, JD Buildcon; Sujata Singh, Entrepreneur and Founder of NGO Abhigupati Foundation; Zessica Harison, Iconic Actress & Model; Mr. Shaikh Kaleem, Founder of Majan Groups; and Dr. Rajkumar Kishor, Scientist & Entrepreneur and Orchid Breeder.
The event also celebrated talent from cinema, regional entertainment, hospitality and nightlife. Umar Ali, Actor & Director in the Mewati language and recipient of the Beat Actor Award (Mewat), was honoured alongside Rahul Gupta and Ajeet Sharma for Emerging Restaurateur & Nightlife Entrepreneurship, Manoj Pal as Best Accountant of the Year, Saanvi Maji as Expression Queen participant, Rudra Das as a Dance Participant recognised as “Dance Ke Baap,” .
